Lomi Lomi Massage

Lomi Lomi is a practice derived from the original Polynesians settlers of Hawaii. Native Healers practised Lomi Lomi, using Pule at the start and at the end of each practice. This healing massage was also used to encourage and aid health and happiness with in Hawaiian Ohana (Family) being past down from generation to generation.
PULE is an affirmation, that may be gently chanted. Used by hawaiians to help clear their Mana and is always said with positive intention.
MANA is the divine power/energy, Life force that flows through everything and everyone.
Lomi Lomi is practiced with healing intention from the start of the massage right until the end. Mana should be strong throughout the whole time you are with your client; never breaking touch or never breaking flow.
Breathwork in the ancient hawaiian culture was considered as sacred, Lomi lomi uses the HA-BREATH to clear pathways and blockages.
HA in Hawaiian means breath and it also means life.
Lomi Lomi is an integral part of Hawaiian culture and is more then the physical act of massage. This ancient healing art, ties in with with Hawaiian's whole belief system of Aloha Spirit and other sacred practices such as Ho' oponopono.
Lomi Lomi massage is a beautiful flow of moves connecting the body as one and also reunites your physical being with your spiritual soul.
