This is a massage mainly performed with the forearms and elbows. By using these techniques, the massage will feel Deep and work right into the belly of your muscles. Also gentle rocking and stretching techniques will help to loosen limbs and improve mobility.

● Relieving Chronic Knots: Deep Tissue massage works on targeting tissues which may include: muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, skin, joints, or other connective tissue. It targets the structure and fascia of the muscle's which will relieve chronic tension.
